Launching Minnova

Minnova is a software consultancy focused on AI automation and platform engineering. We work with companies that need senior engineering help on production systems, usually around LLM features, internal tools, payment flows, CI/CD, observability, and cloud infrastructure.

Most of the work is close to the codebase. We help define the shape of a feature, build it, connect it to existing systems, and make sure the team can operate it afterwards. That usually means tests, logs, permissions, runbooks, and clear handover notes.

We use this blog for technical notes from the areas we work in often: AI systems, delivery workflows, infrastructure, payments, and the practical details that make software easier to run.
